I think his point is that Debevoise is known for a having a uniquely good culture among its peers, whereas the same cannot be said of Skadden, Cleary, or Cravath, with Davis Polk maybe being an exception.
Yes, but clearly "good" is always going to be based on your personal perspective, and that's a smorgasboard of different firm types.
I'm also really curious where these reptuations for "good culture" come from, since they seem pretty fucking random.
