Question on leaving firm for clerkship

Post by Anonymous User » Sat Sep 15, 2012 11:53 am

I'll be leaving a V50 firm for a clerkship before the end of the year. Is it common practice (or maybe required practice) for a firm to pay for accumulated vacation or sick days? Thanks for any info.

Ask your firm's HR person.
