One thing that was not mentioned in the offer letter was the start date, which I am going to contact the recruiting coordinator to see when this would be.

Are they any other logistics that I should inquire? The offer letter mentions "billable hours," so I don't need to ask about whether the hours requirement is "hours billed" vs. "billable hours."

The coordinator say there are other benefits not mentioned in the letter that I can ask about, but I don't think I should be asking things like, "Is parking included?" or "Fitness Center Access?"
