Offer turnover time after recruitment group meeting

Post by Anonymous User » Mon Sep 10, 2012 8:26 pm

Hi. I'm curious as to how long it took for firms to contact you with offers after the date they said that they were meeting to review candidates. For instance, I just had a CB and they said that they have the applicant review meeting on September 18. Should I expect a call that day? The next day? Two days later? (I know it varies for each firm, I am just curious to hear about individual experiences for those who knew when the committee was meeting).

I heard at 4:30pm on the day the committee met. I would imagine that, like with callbacks, information earlier generally is better. That said, I have heard of offers going out in october for some positions...
