Awesome man. Is it in a market you can see yourself staying in long term? Either way, great work.

It's Dallas, and I'd like to move at some point, but the work I'll be doing sounds really, really, really interesting to me. So we're settled here for a while. I have to think that if I ever do want to move, the kind of work I'll be doing and this firm's name will make that a much easier transition.

Either way, blown away. I thought the interview went terrible, since my son was born at 2-something that morning and I'd had 2 hours of sleep.

wow bro, that's doubly awesome. congrats!

I know this was a couple pages ago but that's totally normal feeling man

I can only say that you will feel better in the future man

Offered my second callback of the fall today, this time in my hometown and one of two preferred markets. Insurance defense, which is actually something I'd really like to do—I did a little bit this past summer and enjoyed it.

Wish me luck bros. One Thursday, the other next Wednesday.

My bankruptcy "internship" that was 2 hours away from me just abruptly ended. The attorney told his paralegal to tell me that he no longer needed my services. I'm now unexpectedly back in the vale and shocked beyond belief. :(

Sorry to hear that man... I wonder if it was just a budget thing, or maybe a lack of work?

That's just shady as fuck. Hopefully in the long run, this is a blessing in disguise.

Turned 26 today. Feel old as hell.

Yet I'm jerbless and dependent on my parents in almost every conceivable way.

Yeah, screw it. At least you aren't like my classmate in their 40s who is almost certainly unemployable as a lawyer.
