I agree about moving on, but talking to others who went through OCI with Potter, I learned that they have not been the fastest moving firm with interviews/callbacks/offers in the past, so there is still some hope out there.

Any new word?

Nothing.........

They probably realize it's a buyers market and we are not going anywhere.

Ding by mail today. Finally.

Potter ding today too. Not remotely surprised after a month of silence.

Did not appreciate the boilerplate vote of confidence that "With your credentials, we know that your efforts to find a position will be successful."

I'm also sure their review was "thorough and rigorous"

Polsinelli Shughart

Highly qualified third-year student sought who for whatever reason has not found a job yet. We would prefer a candidate in the top 20% if not 10% of their class with law review and/or moot court involvement. My firm is a large national firm, but my office in Delaware is one of the newer offices. It, however, is growing and we are looking for a 1st year associate to begin here in August or September. The associate's practice focus will be litigation, specifically commercial, corporate, and fiduciary litigation.

Contact Information
Employer: Polsinelli Shughart P.C. (Wilmington, DE)
Name: Christopher Coggins
Title: Associate
Address: 222 Delaware Avenue, Suite 1101
Wilmington, Delaware
19801 United States of America

Cross post from the Vail thread:

Ford Marrin in NYC is hiring 3Ls and new grads. Pay is below market (120K I think). From people I know that work/worked there, Hours are reasonable for NYC. Mostly insurance coverage, some more sophisticated commercial lit depending on who you work for. Generally hire Law Review kids from non-elite schools.
