Our patent associate trainee program provides in-depth training in patent application drafting with the potential to become a full-time associate with our firm. HR from Paul Weiss contacted me (and some classmates) regarding interview within a couple days after submitting application materials. We're all people who need to change markets or practice group (i.e., did some transactional work at 2L firm that does mostly litigation).
