Everyone wins. Other students get a position, the firm doesn't have to deliberate over another candidate, and if you're amicable about it, they'll probably respect you more.

Definitely let them know. They took the time to arrange for you to meet with X number of their attorneys, organized your trip, etc., least you can do is give them a call or send them an email to let them know you're off the market. They'll be grateful that you gave them a heads up before they spent even more time discussing your resume in committee and potentially turning down another good candidate in order to be able to offer you a spot

Thanks guys. I thought that was clearly right, but was getting some bad advice from real-life friends. Will go ahead and let them know tomorrow.
