Hey all, was just wondering if anyone knew the turnaround time between a callback and getting an offer for Willkie and Milbank (both NY).

Anecdote from my experience:
Milbank -
Friend got an offer within a week
I got a snail mail ding in 2

Milbank callback on Tuesday, received offer the following Monday.

No clue about offer timing, but if you get an offer from WFG, especially if you're interested in litigation, go WFG. I used to work there and the attorneys are amazing, they also bill very reasonable hours. I say this as someone who got burned for personal reasons so I have my own bitterness against WFG, but I would never hesitate to recommend someone else from working there.

Milbank callback Thursday, offer the next Monday.

Willkie makes some offers on the spot, but can take up to around 3 weeks. I know people on both ends of the spectrum.

had a CB with willkie last week tuesday, got a snail mail rejection on monday.

Had a CB with Milbank a week ago and have a CB reception for my school with them tonight

Milbank seems to make decisions quickly. Got an offer the day after my callback.

i've heard of a next day offer from willkie. but it can take longer? that gives me hope?

no willkie updates?

anyone who interviewed this past wednesday hear anything?

I received my Willkie offer at the end of my interview, but I know someone else who received an offer a week after their interview.

Who gave you the offer, the last person you met with or the hiring partner? Also, when was your cb?

interviewed with Willkie on August 23rd. Haven't heard anything. Safe to assume DING?

Last year I received offers from both firms within a week of CB. Milbank I think was 3ish days (the Friday after my CB) and Willkie took almost the full week

I received an offer from Willkie the same day as the callback, though not at the end of my interview.

bumping. is there really no one who has heard back who had something early this week or late last week? any update would be much appreciated, even if its word of mouth!
