Not to necro this thread or anything, but I couldn't find any info using search. Does anyone know how much Proskauer Rose cares about 2L grades? I'm there next summer as an SA in the LA office. Will an LP or two this year (2L) get me no offered at the end of the summer?

I don't think they really care about grades, but fyi, be prepared to come in early, stay late, work on weekends, etc. as a summer. Thanks for the response. One of my interviews during the callback was with that former Skadden partner, lol. I don't mind the hours.
