Anyone have any knowledge about S&W no-offers? What was that about? Considering them, Weil, Choate, Proskauer and Nixon. Liked S&W the best but actually want a job out of this.

I've heard that they no offered 3 of 8 ppl, and this isn't the first year they didn't make offers to everyone (friend of a friend worked there).

Might be a long ride this year. Boston class size will be smaller than usual and, from what I have heard, they have gotten a lot of HLS acceptances early (although Im not sure about the office distribution)

an associate I interviewed with told me that between 2009-present, they only 100% offered in 2011.

Wow, I'm surprised they actually told you that in an interview! I guess there's no way of getting around it if someone asks directly though.

just to be clear - I didn't ask directly. He offered up the info when I asked him how many of those he summered with were still around.

Broke down and called Bingham for a status update, since it's been a few weeks of radio silence. Was told that they haven't filled the summer class yet. I'm hanging on to a sliver of hope.
