Any word on offers from any of the firms in Boston?

Nothing here, after 2 CBs a week ago. I'm starting to lose hope, especially since the firms in my other market have all responded within a day or two after the CB.

I mean if the other market is NYC...NYC is always quicker.Anonymous User wrote:Nothing here, after 2 CBs a week ago. I'm starting to lose hope, especially since the firms in my other market have all responded within a day or two after the CB.

BU and BC are only halfway through their OCIs. Firms might be waiting until they've looked through everyone.Anonymous User wrote:Any word on offers from any of the firms in Boston?

I posted this in the other Boston thread but friends who interviewed through BLG still haven't heard anything. Callbacks for BU are only being scheduled for two weeks from now after Labor Day.

It's sf/sv, which I have heard is slower than nyc, but who knows. Trying not to get discouraged.Anonymous User wrote:I mean if the other market is NYC...NYC is always quicker.Anonymous User wrote:Nothing here, after 2 CBs a week ago. I did 3 cbs after the BLG, no responses yet. Two of them actually told me I wouldn't hear anything until after Labor Day, though, so I wouldn't start freaking out yet.

For the record, this whole sequence of events took place ~2 weeks ago, so maybe things have changed with their timetable.Anonymous User wrote:Wow really? They told me at least a week at my CB. Yea don't be too worried as long as you aren't at Harvard. I got my offer about 10 days after callback. FYI, timing supports the theory that they meet on Wednesday.Anonymous User wrote:For the record, this whole sequence of events took place ~2 weeks ago, so maybe things have changed with their timetable.Anonymous User wrote:Wow really? Person with offers from Ropes, GP and Bingham, are you from BU/BC? When did you have callbacks?
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
