Anyone have any experience with Philly Common Pleas? Is it purely applying to individual justices? I would think that they have some kind of centralized process but I'm not sure.

I am sure that given the current glut of law students, its safe to say that all the courts are swamped with applications...

I got it today, and i'm in Massachusetts. They probably mailed it yesterday or the day before yesterday.
