I suspect OP was talking about 2L OCI offers for next summer and the response was about 3L post-graduation offers.

Most of the time the turnaround time they tell you has no relation to when they actually send out offers.

I hear that Dechert Philly doesn't have many SA positions available. Anyone heard anything?

I wouldn't be surprised at all if that's accurate.

Hiring is doing just fine firmwide, but NYC is becoming more of a strategic focus for the firm given the practice groups and clients there.

According to someone, hiring committee should be meeting sometime this week for NYC.

How does this work when my CB is next week? Isn't there like a "super Saturday" next week as well with lots more callbacks?

For Post-CB dings, Dechert rejects by mail.

Dinged by Dechert Philly, CB 3 weeks ago so I guess the hiring committee has already met (at least in Philadelphia).
