2 questions about this: should it go above my summer work experience, staying with chronological order, or is it better to put it below since I obviously won't say anything substantive about work as an extern?
Second, how to clarify that it's a future position - "Judicial Extern (upcoming)" as position title or something like that? I'll list the dates but feel like it looks kinda weird without some explanations. Applying for clerkships now so I don't want to leave it off.

I would put the position, title, judge, etc. and put something like Spring 2013. Then leave everything blank. They should get the idea.
