Thank you cards
In the part of the business world I was in before law school, it was customary to send thank you cards to your interviewers. Does the same go for law interviews? V10 firm if it makes a difference

The consensus these days leans toward e-mail. If it's an OCI interview, the interviewing attorneys will have likely already filed their reports on you by the time a paper thank you card reaches them. For smaller firms where someone on the hiring committee is doing your interview, it might be good to send a hard copy card to give them something to remember you by when they're discussing your future later on.

Or, you don't have to do it at all. Note that this does not apply to Southern and small firms.
