A few comments from a transfer last year.

Move up Latham and STB. You're not getting them that low. Sidley needs to be in your top 10 if you want them (I didn't get them at 11 last year). Move Paul Hastings up a spot or two, but you have a chance to get them at 17. You're also not getting Clifford Chance/A&O where you have them, but I would avoid both of those firms and Linklaters unless you have some type of language skills or international background. Akin Gump is NOT transfer-friendly, but you probably won't get them that low anyway.

Make sure you take a look at the "where transfers worked" spreadsheet before bidding. You probably want to add some of those firms that you're missing (K&E, Quinn Emanuel; the latter of which you'll probably get at the bottom of your bidlist).
