Do we have to be able to live on the salary of this legal job, or in our fantasy world can we be independently wealthy so we can do what we want?
If independently wealthy I would work for the Met Museum of Art or another museum.
Or possibly the Sothern Poverty Law Center

GC at the next big tech company (Google, Facebook, etc), to be on the ground floor when the company goes from being 10 people to 10,000 people.
