W & C NY sent me a rejection which listed their disinterest for both nyc and miami offices, then miami sent me a ding, then miami sent an email recalling their rejection email. am I still in the running for miami or was this just an apology for accidentally dinging me twice? anyone else have this happen for multiple offices and follow up on it?

No. Patience my friend. Just because some firms have given acceptances and rejects doesn't mean you're in the reject pile. Some take longer than others.
