They run big and take a few days to break in; other than that, they're pretty much perfect. These are the heels that made me love wearing heels.
But I don't think interviewers are going to be looking that
closely at your shoes, unless you pick something strange or shiny. Also, last year, one of my friends did well at OCI while breaking all of Career Services' rules: no makeup, no hose, 3/4 sleeve suit with ruffles, strange chunky shoes, etc.
