Updates?

I got two emails from firms stating that the interviewer enjoyed his conversation with me and that they would like to see my transcript. That was two days ago. Ding? My GPA was on my resume.

I don't think this is a ding....it takes a few days to move things around in the office...I personally think it is a good sign.

I really liked both of the interviewers and had great conversations with them. However, it's been a week since Lav Law and I feel that if they were going to offer a CB, they would have done it by now.

+1

Plus, if the people interviewing weren't in the office you specified, there might be more back office work involved that could lengthen the process. Best of luck!

I went to LL in 2011 and didn't receive a callback from some firms for up to 2 weeks after so don't give up hope! Be sure to e-mail all the people you had good conversations with -- it helps to give them a little nudge because they spoke with so many people during table talk.

I ended up with 4 CB's, which was great because I struck out at OCI -- Top 20% at a T30.
