What is "business litigation"?

Postby LittleMM » Tue Jul 03, 2012 2:40 pm

Just wondering if a firm does "business litigation," what exactly does this encompass? Can anyone with experience or knowledge speak to the most common types of cases an associate working in business litigation comes across?
