Will summer school negatively affect OCI?

I performed well through 1L, with a 3.7, which is worth top 5% at my school.
For a variety of reasons, I decided to take two summer school classes.
Before I get the grades from those classes, I'll email transcripts with all of my applications to various firms.
However, those transcripts show that I have summer courses in progress.
Regardless of my summer grades, my rank will stay the same through the end of fall semester.
1) During the interview process, are firms going to want an update to show my summer classes, or will they wait for a regular 2L update?
2) If my GPA drops at all, will it matter for fall OCI, if my rank doesn't change?
3) What's the most tactful way I can play this?
