Apologies, should have clarified. Not a callback from an IP OCI screener -- I direct mailed them and screened a few weeks ago.
Didn't have my spreadsheet out to realize that wasn't an OCI thing, everything is kind of running together at this point.

Simpson was from D.C. OCI though.
