A couple of firms told me that the first hiring committee will meet in the next two weeks. So depending on the firms, it isn't time to speculate your chances yet.
Jones Day NYC has also made some offers to CB's this past week.

Other threads have said that Cadwalader takes a while to make decisions.
I've heard of Cadwalader offers this week from those who did their callback last week.

About a day.
And someone at a different school got a rejection (different firm)2 days post call back. Does anyone care to speculate? The process seems comparable to college admissions..You have your auto-accepts, your auto-rejects and then everyone in the middle. Seems like those that are not auto accept or auto reject wait around forever in the hopes that an auto admit declines an offer..
Anyone agree?

3L told me Sullivan & Cromwell typically offers same day as callback. Anyone know if this is the case this year?

I heard this too. Interviewed with them Wednesday and haven't heard anything. Assuming it's a ding.

Go back to briefing legal writing (yes 1Ls are doing this).

Anecdotally, to me at least, it seems things are worse than last year.

Not as good as last year, especially in Philly. NYC seems a bit worse, but to a much lesser extent, given larger class sizes.
