Re: HLS 2012 EIP Thread
This is freaking me out. There were so few people last year who did not get offers. I thought they must have bombed their interviews or interviewed really late. I wonder if they are not going to give offers to a much higher percentage of Harvard students this year.Anonymous User wrote:Email.Anonymous User wrote:Uh oh... snail mail or email?Anonymous User wrote:Anonymous User wrote:
I think it is too early to say that you missed them, especially if you had your CB at the end of last week. I don't think the offers necessarily all go out in one big group.
By pwned, I meant rejected.

COOKIES!
Thanks SullCrom!
A bonsai tree would have been nice but I can't complain about cookies. It's not exactly 2007 out there.

Re: HLS 2012 EIP Thread
you mean cb to offer? offer at the end of cb, a which I think they always do. At the end of interviews you go sit in an amazing recruiting lounge corner officer with views of brooklyn bridge on one side and statue of liberty on the other and then they come get you after a bit and bring you to meet a hiring partner who talks to you for a while and gives you an offer and then before you leave the building somebody gives you an offer letter and some other recruitment invites. This is how it went for me and a few friends. My sense is that they make most decisions at the screener stage. As for the cookies, they took about a week to arrive.Anonymous User wrote:how quickly do they get back to you this year?Anonymous User wrote:COOKIES!

Re: HLS 2012 EIP Thread
I'm wondering what's going on.. maybe ropes is cutting their class and being more selective? Maybe Boston has given up on getting more than a handful of Harvard students to stay? I got a DC offer before any of the big Boston firms and I just did DC on Friday.Anonymous User wrote:Same on both countsAnonymous User wrote:Weil (Boston) post-CB ding via snail mail...
