Square toed dress shoes

Postby SHANbangs » Wed Jun 06, 2012 4:37 pm

What's the consensus on square toed dress shoes for men? I will be doing a couple of informational interview meetings next week. Don't want to look stupid.

Generally considered out of fashion, but doubt anyone will care in real life

Rounded toes are more standard, but if you already own the square-toes, don't go spend money on new shoes just because of that. It won't matter much.

You're gonna look stupid. Not sure I'd spend money on new ones though if you're low on cash.

I've never liked square toed shoes, make you look like a leprechan. Get a cap toe that can hold a good polish (but don't then slack off and let them looked all scuffed).

They're pointed square toe shoes, if that makes it any better/if that makes it any worse/douchier.

In a touch of irony, when I click that link, google states:
