Any tips for bidding strategies for the CCBA from people who have had success in the past?

It seems like there's only a handful of places that don't require you to be in the top 1/3 or higher. So, either everyone is going to bid on those, making it really competitive, or we should bid and strike out on places that want you to be highly ranked?

Confused about ranking of the employers - does anyone know if employers are going to be able to see how you ranked them?
