Using IRAC as SA or?

Postby Anonymous User » Thu May 17, 2012 9:44 pm

When writing a memo, or any similar task as a SA, do you use IRAC or what other method should we use?

Thanks.

different partners have different tastes. for example, one partner told me: "never cite any law. in fact, if you do cite something, be sure to format it poorly. if you're too consistent, the examiner gets intimidated."

Seriously? We hate litigants that do that. That means we have to construe their crap argument into a real argument and then find the case law they should have cited. I hope this is a joke.
