I'm sorry, but the fact that you are asking this question about these two particular firms shows that you haven't done a lick of research at all. Check out Chambers.Anonymous User wrote:How so, culture? Not concerned with practice strengths.
Culture as well as practice. Quinn is a hard-charging litigation firm where billing 2400 hours/month is effectively mandatory. It has a great IP practice and plaintiff-side tendencies. A&P is an old-school DC firm that has yet to embrace the idea of extracting every last $ from their associates and has built its reputation on defense work in the area of products liability, mass-torts, and antitrust.Anonymous User wrote:How so, culture? What market? 1L, 2L, or full-time position?Anonymous User wrote:Which would you choose, all else equal (same market, liked both, etc. etc.)?
Have read Chambers & other materials; just interested in getting takes from board members.I'm sorry, but the fact that you are asking this question about these two particular firms shows that you haven't done a lick of research at all. Check out Chambers.
ETA: Came off a little short. The reason I say this is that Quinn famously has a unique culture.
Full-time, not DC.What market? 1L, 2L, or full-time position?
