And, as I said, if that's the key to getting the job, then it's probably a job I don't want anyway.
Why? The bar to get the job isn't always the same bar as excelling at the job.

I interviewed at a company where everyone wore tees. I wore a suit. If I wore a tee I wouldn't get the job. It doesn't follow that because I would have to wear a suit (and that they would hold it against me if I don't) to get a job means I don't want to work there - because I could wear whatever (and I did) I want after I get the job.

Corporate mindsets bother me, to some degree. If shaving (something totally and completely irrelevant to your ability to perform, unlike the ability to look professional when needed) is required to get the job, then it's just a place a I don't wish to work at.

It's arguable whether or not it's professional to wear a beard to an entry-level job. But still, even wearing a suit is an arbitrary thing - I never had to wear a collared shirt at my job after the interview.

What about trimming all the way down with beard trimmer (no guard). If I shave completely I look 12 years old. If I shave with beard trimmer I look presentable and closer to my age (26/27).

Interview is at small firms only, but some are fairly prestigious boutique style firms.

Dude, this is worse than no beard; you'll look like you just didn't bother to shave.

If you look like the guys in either of those pictures, you will be fine.

This comment has nothing to do with shaving.

You look better when you save, its just a fact. Even a well trimmed beard has a "dirty" look to it. Looking good, like it or not, helps. Just shave, you probably look better without a beard anyway. Even if you have had it for 12-20 years, you might not feel comfortable without it, but you probably look much better. People get used to certain things and it can alter your perception from the reality of what others see. Looking "young" is not a terrible thing as long as you dont act young or seem young when you speak. Some attorneys at the office I work at have beards, but I think if someone came in with a beard the hiring partner (old school) would laugh and not take them seriously. Why not give yourself the best odds of getting the job.

The above pictures just look lazy, those are not beards thats like 2 days of not shaving. Looks like you dgaf or were running late

You want people to like you. Sometimes there are subconscious trigger that people aren't even aware of that make them "dislike" someone else. Unibrow, fat arms, yellow tooth.
Shave!

P.S. If it is with the Yankees definitiely shave.
