Little late to the party, but Sidley Austin CB on Monday, Kirkland & Ellis on Tuesday, ding email from Ropes & Gray on Wednesday. All Chicago. 2L.

Yeah if I received a voicemail CB I sent an email letting them know I got it and thanking them for the update.

It's more than fine to ask who the interviewers are. I've done it before, and they respond promptly.

They usually give a list at the end of the day before the interview. But don't be surprised if you get a whole new group of people once you show up.

It's been a week, only heard from less than half. Slower than I hoped. How's everyone else doing?

i've heard from all the NY firms and all but a couple DC firms (and based on reports in this thread they're probably dings at this point), but only a few CA firms. in total i've heard from a little over half.

Are you doing CBs before or after OCI? Do you think it matters one way or another since it's IP group hiring?

i didn't have a choice - OCI starts monday.

Mine too, but I know people have been trying to stuff CBs into this past week. I am going to try to block out some time during OCI to do the closer ones.

what do you mean? from your interview with Fitzpatrick you actually got that kind of impression from them? From my interview I got exactly the opposite impression :/

Yeah, I thought the interviewer was pretty cold. Doesn't mean it's not a good fit for you though.
