3L OCI

Do 3Ls who go through OCI successfully do the same standard summer program as 2Ls? When do they study for the bar?

No...if it is a small firm, they start whenever the firm tells them to. If it's a big firm, they start in August-October with the 2Ls who did the SA program.

Thanks for the reply. So 3L OCI is basically direct hiring as an associate, skipping the summer associate step?
