Hi all,

My best friend just informed me that she will be leaving New York for the summer. Her apartment is amazing- it's enormous and right in the heart of the west village on Morton street between Hudson and 7th. The street is so pretty with brown stones trees etc. Her bedroom is really nice (it's the master of the apartment) and even has a door leading to an outdoor patio. The apartment is shared with her two friends (both girls in their mid twenties working in finance). I'm not sure if people are still looking for places in NY but if they are this is definitely one you don't want to miss! The rent would be around 1,800. Pm me if interested and I can put you in touch.

Cynthia

Hey,

I'm looking to sublet a place in Chicago May 10- July 31 (dates flexible in july/august). I'm looking for rent to be less than $1000/month. Also, I have a cat, so I'm looking for a pet-friendly place. Let me know if you have something. Thanks!

I am looking for a bedroom in D.C. for June, July and half of August.

Does not have to be a single, I would be fine living w/others. If you have any ideas or know of anything, any help would be appreciated. Does anyone know if some of the schools in that area rent out dorms in the summer or anything?

It's going to be expensive, probably upwards of $2000 for a small car. Other options include taking over a lease for the last 3 months (they are websites that facilitate things like this) or buying a used car and then reselling it. If you do rent, and you need insurance, I highly recommend getting an AmEx and paying for their premium coverage (https://www295.americanexpress.com/prem ... ge/home.do). It'll cost you $50 for the entire rental period, but you won't need anything else, since it's primary coverage with no deductible.

Figured I would bump this thread for 2014 SAs.

I am looking to sublet my 1BR/1BA Dallas apartment for the second half of summer (starting around June 30th, ending around August 8th).

For that same period, I am looking for a Houston sublet--preferably a 1BR.

Please message me for information/inquiries. Thanks!
