Re: SA Housing Swap Thread
DC Metro Area
Spacious 1 Bedroom apt. Full Living room with 2 leather couches, kitchen, dining nook, large 1 bedroom with queen bed and walk in closet. Gym in Building (treadmills, star master, yoga mats, free weights, that thing ppl squat with, lateral pull, leg thing, all that), Pool, laundry on-site, 24/hour concierge.
Grocery store directly across the street (less than a minute walk), Metro directly across the street (about 5 mins walking, Blue/Yellow Line, Pentagon City Metro Station), Food and Shopping directly across the street (Starbucks, DSW, Froyo, Lebanese, Steak, Macys, Bed Bath & Beyond, Chipotle, Panera, Sephora, Footlocker, etc.). Dog-Friendly and there's a dog park within the building's community I think.
Metro Ride is approx 10-12 mins to Foggy Bottom, approx 10 mins to L'Enfant Plaza, little over 15 mins to U Street just so you can get the idea of the location.
Looking to Swap with someone in NYC, preferably a place close to the 4, 5, 6, or 7 trains. (I'll be working at a location very close to Grand Central Station and would prefer a short commute)
I might be interested in subletting without a swap. Rent is about $1500.
PM if interested.
Edited to add:
Move-in and move-out is flexible...lets just say May 8-August 2. If your SA is longer or you're just having so much fun in DC that you want to stay longer than that it's cool, I'll be glad to fall back on my parents for a few days. I'm a cool landord

I'm looking for a furnished apartment in DC located in or near the Columbia Heights neighborhood, and I'm willing to swap or just sublet it for around 2000/month.
I have an apartment in Minneapolis located near the downtown that I'm willing to swap or sublet as well.
PM if interested

I'm looking for a place anywhere in the Bay Area for the summer. I'm pretty flexible about the date range and location, as I'll be just studying for the bar and am doing it all online. Please let me know if you're looking for someone!

Looking for a studio/1BR/roommate situation with a private bathroom in NYC. Might be able to sublet my studio in Chicago which is 10-15 minutes to the Loop depending on how my landlord responds.

Re: SA Housing Swap Thread
Looking for a place in NYC, preferably Midtown, Soho or Financial district. I have plenty of friends who need housing so if you have more than one room that you want to sublet that would be fine.
I have a place in Chicago (Loop/River North area, 10-15 minute walking distance from most of the law firms) I am looking to swap or sublet.
I also know of a place looking for a sublet in DC, less than a block from the Red Line in Bethesda.
PM me if any of these interest or apply to you.

Re: SA Housing Swap Thread
I am a 3L graduating in May and am looking to sublet my NYC apartment from mid-May through the end of July. The apartment is a studio on E 68th Street in the York Ave-3rd Ave area. It's a very sunny, comfortable apartment and is convenient to midtown, Central Park, and the East River jogging path. It took me 20-25 minutes to walk from the apartment to my midtown SA job last summer. The landlord is pet-friendly and I am subletting the apartment unfurnished.
Message me for details.

I am looking for an apartment in the Denver area for the months of June and July.
I will be moving from the Boston area and will have an apartment available for those same months which I am looking to sub-lease.
Thanks!

Looking to swap my furnished 2 BR, 2 Bath in DC for a comparable place in NYC. DC place is less than a block from the red line. Also willing to sublet in NYC if you don't want to come to DC, but obviously swap is preferable.
