I'm looking for a place to stay in Boston. No place to offer. Hit me up.
It's not letting me PM you for some reason. Can you PM me?

Edit: Accidental anon. I'm the (technologically illiterate) one with the 3 BR near HLS.

Edit2: Apparently TLS got rid of PMs. WTF.

Have a medium sized bedroom available in SF (the mission) for end of May, June, and July. It's a beautiful two floor, three bedroom, 3.5 bathroom modern apartment. Live with two awesome roommates. Asking 1450 for my room. Can send pics and chat further if interested!

Have: Room in 3br apt near Columbia law in Morningside Heights. Likely won't have roommates -- one room has been empty since August, and other roommate is not working in NYC. Asking $1150.

Looking for: Single room in Bay Area, accessible to SF FiDi via BART or Muni. Would like to keep it under $1200. Thanks!

looks like PM's no longer work (?), but i tossed my email into the TLS box on my profile. Email me there and we can chat. Get rid of the underscores and periods to get the right email address.

I have a studio in Downtown Berkeley, a 5 min walk from Bart and 35 min from SF. It's available from end of May through July. I could leave it at 1200. Let me know if you're interested.

I have a studio in NYC near Columbia, but it won't be available until June 2nd/3rd and I would need it back by August 25th. I think that's late for most SA programs(?), but if anyone is interested I'll post some pics and my e-mail here. If you arrive a few days to a week earlier and want to leave most of your stuff here while staying at a hostel/friend's place temporarily, that would work too.

Some specs:
Elevator building. On-site laundry. Queen bed. Really close to the subway. AC (you would think this would be obvious during NYC summers but I've learned from my own subletting adventures that LLMs don't believe in air conditioning).

Price:
1650 with all utilities and internet included. 750 security deposit.

If these dates/prices work for anyone, I can post my email.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
