Usefulness of Bloomberg Law for M&A Attys
Am going to be doing some transactional work. While I find not that much use in Westlaw or Lexis, I've heard good things about Bloomberg. Anyone else use it?

Of course. The document database and Bloomberg Reports are both very useful.
