clifford chance announced start dates today- May 21st. Summer class of 19 judging by email recipients, all T14/fordham.

That Mayer Brown total includes 29 in Chicago, a pretty big uptick from last year and more than I thought they would take. Good to see Chicago starting to turn around a bit, that is good news.

not sure if it was only sent to the summers or if only one office sent it out (I'm summering at a non-Chicago office)

Wow thats a huge class-size increase for GP. They did give a lot of 3L OCI interviews, so I guess business is booming.

At their cocktail event for rising 2Ls this past summer, I think they said they were aiming for a class of 19 in Boston, so business must have ticked up considerable and recently.
