Anonymous posting is only appropriate when you are revealing sensitive employment related information about a firm, job, etc. You may anonymously respond on topic to these threads. Never exceed one page. Several people throughout OCI told me they flat out reject 2-page resumes because they assume you cannot be concise. I have 10 years of significant WE and I made it down to one page. It need not be a chronology of your entire life.
I concur. Talked to three hiring partners at different firms this week. Advice uniformly was, if you have relevant experience that goes beyond 1 page, take a long version with you to screeners so you can present it and talk about them or fill in the gaps in time.

All (literally 100%) of my interviews last summer seemed to have based on my interest section of my resume. I applied to judicial externships primarily and I applied before grades came out.
