How to mail 1L Mass Mailing Forum

What is the proper way to mail a 1L Mass Mailing: USPS? FedEx/UPS?

Also: If a firm offers email, is it preferable to email or mail?

I thought mass mailing usually referred to creating an excel document and just emailing everyone on the list.

Just email unless they specifically ask for snail mail.

Or if they ask you to apply online prob a better idea than emailing their recruiter.
