Is it nonexistent? Am I stuck going to SV?
If it's bad now, what are the prospects in 2-5 years?

Got 3 offers from 8 screeners at 1 fair. Not URM. U mad?Anonymous User wrote:Loyola PLIP is credited. Unlike diversity fairs, you will actually get a job from there.
Thank you. That helps a lot.Anonymous User wrote:There is a TON of IP in NYC and I don't know why you think otherwise. Offices include Kirkland, Quinn, Jones Day, Ropes & Gray, Kaye Scholer, boutiques like Kenyon and Fitzpatrick and the list goes on and on. However, the IP in NYC tends to be a bit more pharma based (with the exceptions of Kirkland and QE) so if you want to do tech/start-up stuff, Silicon Valley is a better place to be.
Lol no im not mad I got a job from PLIP. Never been to a diversity fair, but I've seen enough threads on here to know many of them are just for show. Congrats on ur offers bro. lolwut? broski, do some research...if you're at a decent school (e.g. T20) with decent grades (e.g. top 33%ish) and IP, and, most importantly, you're not an aspie interviewer, you should have choicesAnonymous User wrote:Is it nonexistent? Am I stuck going to SV?
