Sullivan vs. Simpson

Postby Anonymous User » Tue Sep 27, 2011 5:08 pm

No real practice area focus. Still feeling out whether want to do transactional or litigation. Any dispositive issues? Location is a differentiating factor. Simpson has great PE practice. Any huge negatives w/r/t culture? Impressions of both have been good. thanks in advance

Simpson is polite, Sullivan is aggressive. Simpson does a lot of PE M&A, Sullivan does a lot of public company M&A. Sullivan is a bit less leveraged. Downtown is cheaper to live in than Midtown.
