I want to litigate. Boies, or Paul Weiss? I put myself in your hands TLS. :-)

Reasons would be particularly helpful!

PW's associate leverage alone would dissuade me from working there.

Voted PW. I think the people are better. Subjective and potentially meaningless.

Boies sounds "fancier."

I voted Boies but don't think you should let this poll decide for you. Consider not prestige, but questions like: would you prefer a bigger office or a smaller one, a larger support network or a smaller one, more do-it-yourself or more guidance? Call the associates and talk to them about their jobs; see which one you would prefer.

1) You're going to work like a dog (even more than in typical biglaw like PW) at BSF, but you're going to be bonused accordingly.
2) You'll also be given a TON of responsibility early. At the same time, it's very sink or swim.
3) I was told that BSF tends to no-offer about 15% of their class every year. If you're comfortable with that and think you can fallback on a clerkship if that happens, then I'd say BSF.
4) Newspapers report, "represented by the esteemed David Boies" and not "represented by the venerable Boies Schiller Flexner." This might not be a big deal to you, but I was personally worried that when DB dies, so does BSF.

Even with the drawbacks, I voted Boies.

the only thing the callback and re-visit interviewers at boies talked about was what/how the firm would do/survive with david boies left 'em. that's worrisome.
