Got the reimbursement check today. I had taken off the beer (and I had paid the tip in cash). The firm reimbursed the rest, ~$70.
No clue about an offer though. I still hadn't heard one way or the other. But I just accepted another firm so I'll be withdrawing.

it was an odd thing you did...though yeah the suggestions i liked the most ITT were mentioning the situation, asking for the $40 reimbursement, and hoping you'd get it all (sans alcohol). but guess firm gave it to you all anyways. and $10 beer jeez...that menu is hella expensive.
