Clerkship screener
I just got a phone call arranging for a clerkship phoning interview with the federal judge's clerk. What do I need to do to prepare? What should I expect? HELP

In my case, it was strangely like an OCI screener. Just ask good questions and seem enthusiastic. For more, see this article by a Third Cir. judge who does this kind of thing, pp. 846-47.
