im sure this is posted elsewhere but what is Skadden's CB process like? typical 4 interviewers or more/less? How long do they take to respond?

I believe it is 2 partners, 2 or 3 associates (they try to put you with alumni), followed by informal with an alumni for coffee in their unbelievable cafeteria. Then dinner later at night with 2 younger associates.

When I went, I had dinner the night before with a few associates and then my interview consisted of 3 partners and 1 senior associate followed by lunch with 2 associates.

How long to get a response - offer or not?

CB on Friday, offer on Monday. It will depend on when the hiring committee meets though - for me it was Monday & heard that evening.
