Odd Networking Situation

So this lady I was networking with said she wanted to help me get a job. She told me about a month ago to get a hold of her again when the job was officially posted (non-legal job). It was just posted but I also just found out through the person that connected us that she was diagnosed with lymphoma last week. I'm assuming mentioning the job thing now should be out of the question, right?
