Training and mentorship at S&C
Tell me about this topic please. Do associates have substantially worse prospects for professional development/exposure to more substantive work/interaction with partners than at other V15s? If so, is it worth the tradeoff for the prestige? How does their "we train generalists" system actually work in practice? How & when do associates specialize?
