Compensation for part-time biglaw firm work during 3L?

Does anyone know how firms typically compensate law students who work part-time 3L year after being an SA at that firm? Or does it vary from firm to firm?

(Anonymous because I don't love the idea of my fellow SAs knowing I'm working part-time this summer.)

My firm offered me the same thing and I've been getting paid hourly. My other buddies at other DC firms are compensated the same way.

Thanks! How did your firm (and theirs, if you happen to know) determine the hourly rate?

Personally confirmed at 3 Vault firms in DC: $50/hr.
