Too late to "mass mail" NYC firms?
Is it too late to mass mail applications to NYC firms? If so, is this the case for most large markets?

It's never too late. A slim to none shot is better than no shot at all.
That said, probably shoulda mailed at least a month ago. But don't let that stop you from mailing now.
